Trouble reinstalling Vuze

Hi there.

Can anyone help?

I am trying to download vuze but it won't do the download and install and if i try again then it says I already have another vuze in operation. I am using a macbook pro. I decided to respond to the constant update alerts from vuze and thereafter it all stopped working.
