Transfer Vuze Plugin's

All,

I've recently changed computers and rather than migrate my old one over, I've elected to reinstall programs, files etc. for a fresh start.

After installing Vuze, I realised that most of my plugins for servers that are searched are not included in the basic Vuze Install.  I still have them on my old computer, but would rather be able to search etc from my new computer.  Web searches seem to note that plugin's haven't been updated in some time.  Is there a way to export / find them on my old computer and transfer them over?
