Tracker Status Error Please Help

Hi, For the past 2 days ive been having problems with Vuze.
I cant download or seed anything
The error under Tracker Status is: Failed: java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: Error constructing implementation (algorithm: Default, provider: SunJSSE, class: sun.security.ssl.SSLContextImpl$DefaultSSLContext), EOFException
Can someone please explain to me what this is? 
Also how to fix this problem?

Were you ever able to fix this error issue?  Unfortunately I'm experiencing the same problem.  I'm on a Mac and could not figure out how to install the Java "unlimited jurisdiction policy files" that parg suggested.  So I'm near to uninstalling and trying to fresh install Vuze because no downloads work unless I open the torrent outside of vuze then vuze wil start to download it.
