Torrent Download information bar won't load

Hi,

After a recent update, whenever I download a torrent, the information bar where you can select/deselect certain files will not show up anymore. It instantly goes to download, so how do i reverse this? Thank you

one question if you don't mind: do you know the preference settings to optimize speeds for all torrent downloads? I saved everything before the update and it looks like it defaulted to standard/slow preference settings. Thank you!
