Sharing Configuration By Country

I Have these Questions :

Is it posible to configure Vuze to share files only to the countries I want to?
It is posible to share only to one country?

Thank you it was usefull. I was capable to set some countries an up speed of 0, but it still connect with them.
I would like to avoid all connection with them in order to up files only to a country or some of them . Is it possible ??

I'd need to add an option to a peer-set to disconnect peers that get assigned to it - I'll take a look

Check the latest  beta, there's a right-click on the peer-set in the side bar that denotes the peers you don't want connections to and select

Execute On Assign->Delete
