ScaneRSS patch

The attached patch changes the following;

• Make the filter smarter when dealing with repack/proper/real proper.
  
• Remove 19xx and 20xx from filenames.
  
• Removes feed url from main view and changes time formating.
  
• Log more detailed feed download/parse errors
  
• Bug: Clear the custom pattern box when unused
