Samsung Streaming Conundrum
#1
I have a Samsung UE32H200 32 Smarthub enabled TV which was effortlessly streaming via a wifi enabled laptop all my Vuze content up until recently and now inexplicably it doesnt. Two things have happened in the last week that may have affected this 1) The Windows 10 rollout and 2) A change from regular to Fibre broadband coming as it does with a new passcode. I've trawled the internet for a solution but can find none so if anybody has any idea what is going on I'd be very grateful. I miss being able to watch Vuze content in HD and stereo via my TV and desperately want it back! Regards, M.

Thumbs Down
Hi,
I just signed up to the forum for the same issue. I have a UA55D6000 Samsung TV which since doing the recent Vuse update,  the tv no longer finds Vuse when I select "source" on my tv.
Vuse on the other hand can see my tv and I can drang and drop movies.

I'm using Win7 64bit so I doubt it's anything to do with Windows 10 Boneyard.

Details which may help -
Java 1.8.0_51
 Oracle Corporation
SWT v4508, win32
Windows 7 v6.1, amd64
V5.6.2.0/4 az3

Vuze 5.6.2.0

Please fix this issue guys.

I am experiencing the same thing with my Samsung LED 40 television.
I believe there was an update to Vuze in the last few days and this may be the issue as it stopped streaming since then.
Any  help would be appreciated.

Ok, so its now gone again after the issue disappeared after installing updates. There are currently no updates so I'm at a loss.

Did you reboot your router? Or maybe it did it itself

No, its showing as 'device offline' on the Vuze sidebar for some reason. I'll try rebooting the router tomorrow and see if that helps. I know that an ignored update was the culprit last time around but all updates are current now.

My Vuse is up to date and my tv shows as online on the sidebar but when I change source on my tv, Vuse no longer shows up.
This only occured after the last Vuse update.

Is it possible for me to roll back an update? It's a real nuisance not being able to stream to my tv anymore.

Does anybody from Vuze actually read these posts?

The last update did not contain any changes that should directly affect the ability of a device to see Vuze (and vice-versa)

It is usually a networking/firewall issue: http://wiki.vuze.com/w/Supported_Devices...ia_Servers

If the device can see Vuze but no content is listed then this is usually because you haven't dragged the content to the device within Vuze. Alternatively you would need to right-click on the device in Vuze and deselect the 'only show transcoded content' option.

Hmm well it seems strange that after the last update this has become an issue for those of us with Samsung tv's.
I've been using Vuse/Azureus for years and it's been great. I'm quite familiar with the drag & drop of content. Not sure why I would now have a firewall issue when I haven't changed any of my settings.
Just to clarify, Vuse can see my tv but my tv can't see Vuse. Selecting/Deselecting "transcoded content" makes nil difference.
