Receiving error: "bind ip's not resolved: tun0" - won't connect

So, I'm using PIA VPN and have been using it for several months without issue. But the past 2 months, I get this warning in the lower right side of Vuze and the torrents stop or won't start downloading. It tells me to go into the network settings but I have no idea what to do to fix. I found an old forum post about the same thing, but it wasn't resolved and the links to the wiki don't help.

Does anyone know how to fix this?? The ONLY way it fixes, is if I reboot my computer and wait a few moments and then the torrents start up again. It's REALLY frustrating.
