Good afternoon, I'm in trouble with ScaneRSS, I created a list of filters rss and rss feeds, the plugin indicates the download filter, but the download does not start, does not appear in the list of downloads, not starting.

I've used RSSFeed Scanner v1.4.2 for years without any problems. I've not tried ScaneRSS.
I can only suggest the following test as I'm not familiar with ScaneRSS:
Copy an RSS feed URL into a browser and make sure you get a list of torrents.
Try making a really simple filter for a torrent that you saw in the feed in your browser.
Refresh the feed in Vuze and see if the torrent is detected and started by the plugin.
If your plugin has a "Download History", check if there is an error logged.

Thanks for the reply, RSS feeds are working, appears the list of files in each feed, appears torrents / magnets that were filtered where they should, but it is not added to the download list, worked until last week, then it stopped working, even when I'm in the rss feed and click to download manually, Vuze is a continuation, not opening the download window. I am a layman, but it might be a problem in the plugin to open the torrent and magnets rss feed.

Are you using only KAT - Kick Ass Torrents?
That site stopped working for me months ago.
What other torrents sites are you using?
Try "Torrent Day" - https://torrentday.eu/browse.php . See if you can download from that one.

No, in fact the error happens, if you look at another tracker (Besides KickAss, use Nyaa and TokyoTosho). I made tests with other trackers in general terms, to observe the problem, it seems that no low anything for the same plugin, at least the way it is now. Well, I'm no expert, but the log suggests that the problem is in the plugin, in the execution of something related to java, the plugin comes to download the RSS feed, but can not download it to download.
As you can see in the error log below the plugin, for unknown reason, it has an error in the execution of your script, the part that would make the transfer or opening of the magnet / torrent to download:

What is the RSS URL you are using? I use "https://www.nyaa.se/?page=rss"
When I load this URL in my browser, I get a list of torrents. If I click on one, my Firefox downloads it and my Vuze opens it and downloads it.
When I add this feed to the RSSFeed Scanner in Vuze, it tries to download the feed but the RSSFeed Scanner reports "Failed: Received fatal alert: internal_error".
So maybe the RSS feed is malformed, or maybe the plugin cannot handle the Japanese characters.
Clearly, Vuze can handle the Japanese characters as I am now downloading something called "ぶらぶら美術・博物館 #202 「村上隆のスーパーフラット・コレクション」展 (16-02-26 BS日テレ) [1080i].mp4"
Also, I just downloaded "[HorribleSubs] Dagashi Kashi - 07 [480p].mkv", but not using the RSSFeed Scanner - I did it manually by clicking on the torrent in the RSS list in my browser.
I can't think of anything else to try.

Hi Havokdan,
I've also just recently been getting the same error as you have with downloading using scanerss. Up until a day ago it had worked fine for years which is frustrating. I'm not very technical so I wouldn't know how to go about resolving this issue. Just wanted to inform that this issue is not one off.

I use KAT... I have the search template installed on vuze on my macbook, which is working fine. I have tried to export that template to my iMac and it wont work!?!I have tried updating java and it still wont work?!?Im just plain confesed?!?I can still open KAT in my browser and use the magnet link option to download stuff but its not ideal.Any ideas???
