When I try to download certain magnet links from btdigg.org I get an error message similar to this:

This error happens repeatadly for certain magnet links while others from this same site work fine. These same magnet links download in BitTorrent without trouble. This issue has occured across multiple reinstalls of windows 10. DHT appears to be working fine, Windows Firewall is off, and installing Mainline DHT doesn't seem to to change things. Here's what my network test looks like:
