Problem with sound

I've been watching tv shows all evening, stopped to do the dishes, came back and now there's no sound, when I click to play my downloads I only hear a click then nothing.  I closed Vuze, restarted my computer and the sound does work on my pc, I have Windows 10, your help would be greatly appreciated
