Problem with download-decreases to 0
#1
hi, I have windows 7-64 bit and am experiencing a strange thing.

I turn on Vuze, the downloads start well and go just as well, when suddenly the download speed decreases to go to zero for all torrents. Restart Vuze and the same thing happens. It 's like if you put pause automatically.

The seed are many, I have 10kbs and 600 kbs for upload and download. I have no plugin.
I tried several times to set the program and reset it, configure it automatically, but despite this it is as if the connection is shut. However I have no problems doors.

Utorrent works normally with the same torrents, and it worked well Vuze before '"update".
Now I have a torrent 400GB completed in half that does not want to leave ...

Besides, I'm also experiencing the annoying sound of the chat that appears randomly.

Help please

I also have this issue since 2 months. when i activating upnp. It is fluctuating. My constant speed is 415 kbps in 4mbps speed. So should i change my adsl wire? I have tested a new d-link router 2750 300 mbps, but no results. Huge fluctuations like 340 kbps direct 457 kbps. Before it was slow and steady. Like 340 kbps to 343.5 to 346.8 to 358.8 to 359.7 to 364.5 to 367.6 to 379.5 to 390.5 to 395.6 to 399.5 to 402 to 405 to 408 to 412 to 415 kbps... Then it sticks to constant speed. Now it is not happening. My snr margins are low. should i change the wire. Is my ISP throttling. I have tested in my ps and in my laptop also. same thing !! fluctuations!! Before i have used Anti malwarebytes software. And i have keygen which is itselt virus. I scanned it with anti malwarebytes. It detects malwares like keygen and other potential harmful programs. I deleted it. The keygen also i deleted. But suddenly i see in my vuze. It is fluctuating. WHY? Is this adsl low snr margin wire problem or anti malwarebytes blocking torrent ports. I have gone mad.

It sounds like traffic shaping to me.

first check here and locate your ISP.

then read this for suggestions on how to avoid your ISP's efforts (if necessary)

The words here and this are links ;-)

Also try a glasnost test:

Hi,
no problem with ISP, but I identify the same problem, I've always downloaded with 400/600 kB/s now it starts from 170 kB/s and then (after 1 minute) drop to 0/1 kB/s....very frustrating. I restart Vuze and again the same process

You tried the glasnost test?

It really sounds like traffic shaping.

Are you sharing your Internet connection with a roommate/house-mate/flatmate/whatever?  Does your Internet connection come for free with your apartment/condo/whatever?

If either of those is true it could conceivably be a QoS (Quality of Service) setting on a router which might pass a glasnost test but still show a problem.
