Hello to everybody. This is my first post and also 1st problem I have with Vuze since years and years of use.
I have Win 7 64bit and I'm using Vuze 5.7.0.0 64bit and today it notified me that 5.7.1.0 is available and I automatically download it. As soon it is downloaded and I proceed to go to installation the error window come up with the following message "Vuze has stopped working, A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program". .... No additional explanation is provided. So I can not proceed with an update. I also unisntalled 5.7.0.0 version and removed the folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Azureus\
Tried a fresh offline instalation of 5.7.1.0 and instantly when I click on Vuze_5710_Installer64.exe this very same window pop ups -> "Vuze has stopped working....."
I uninstalled and installed the 5.7.1.0 32bit version and this one is going without a problem. I can also install 5.7.0.0 64 bit without a problem and it is working, but im not successful with 5.7.1.0 64 bit version.
