Maybe XXXXXX (C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Local\Temp\) contains illegal chars?

Try and see if C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Local\Temp\ is a valid path in English standard language.

https://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/ap...Error.html
For java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError the docs say: if the Java Virtual Machine cannot find an appropriate native-language definition of a method declared native.

In plain english might mean Java VM cannot find character definitions for your language set in regional settings, and the user name might throw it off if it contains non-English character since that's the only piece of the path that could vary.

Anyway, try this: go to Advanced Computer Properties where you can change Environment Variables and edit and then move User TEMP to C:\Temp.

Also, try this first and leave it like this: in Region and Language in Control Panel, make sure language for non-Unicode program is set to English (US).

I uploaded two zips

http://cf2.vuze.com/files/parg/Vuze5500_win32.zip
http://cf2.vuze.com/files/parg/Vuze5500_win64.zip

that contain the 32/64 installations in a single folder structure. You could try this in the absence of any other solutions.

Note that 'installing' this way differs from a 'normal' installation in that the normal one places core files in

C:\Program Files..\Vuze

and per-user plugins  in

%APPDATA%\Azureus\plugins

whereas the zip will put them all into wherever you unzip it to. Things should work just fine though.

I tried both links and they both give me a 404 error, tried right clicking and choosing save link as. It said "Failed, no file"
