I just got a PS4 the other day and I can't figure out for the life of me how to stream my vuze to PS4. I can see it under my media player on the playstation, but I dont' see anything on my vuze sidebar for ps4. I really am starting to miss the ease of my ps3. It was simple, drag and drop on PS3 on sidebar, and bam, play on console....so why all the hassles with PS4. Ok so i've downloaded and installed the beta version, and installed the new 0.8.6 video transcoder, restarted everything, made hidden and generic devices visable, did the publish all media by default thing, and still nothing. I see my ps3, laptops, tablets, etc on the sidebar but still no PS4....uhhh this is frustrating....please someone help, was so excited to finally get a ps4, and i cant even stream my downloads......Thanks everyone in advace for your help, I was told posting on this forum was a better way to contact vuze support.
Well I thought this might be the best way to contact Vuze support, but apparently not....I've tried everything and still can't get Vuze to see the ps4, I can pull up vuze in media player on the ps4, but I can not see if on my vuze to drag and drop files over to stream....anyone please help...I've tried everything I've read in this forum
Yes I'm running V5.7.0.1_B11/4 az3
I've updated everything, ps4, vuze, running newest beta. I can see the vuze xxxcomputer namexxx on media player in ps4 but I dont see any ps4 on the sidebar where the other ones are. I've tried all the showing of hidden, genaric, etc. I see my ps3, tablets, phnes, laptops, xbox one, etc on the sidebar but not the ps4
I fix a similar problem, the ps4 was showing in the devices bar but then it disappear, but my ps4 still detecting vuze so i realized that vuze was detecting ps4 like "MediaPlayer/1.50", maybe you can do that, search for other device that appears online.
I was having the same issue with my new laptop I got for Christmas and I found this helpful video on youtube, it fixed my problem and I can now stream directly though Windows 10 on the PS4 and Vuze. Hope this helps!!
