No audio

Hello

Could someone please tell me why I have no audio on my downloaded movies? Sorry, let me rephrase that, I do have audio when I download them on to my pc. When I burn them on to DVD or USB and play them on the DVD player, there is no audio :(

I am new at this and I would appreciate any help.
