No Peers/Seeds connections

Run Vuze as I have for a long time, recently updated to Windows 10, use Hotspotshield for a VPN. Will load torrent to Vuze, shows download attempt, but not connecting to Peers. Looked it up were I thought I should go - claims no SOCKS connection and no HTTP connection ?
