NAT is OK, but seeding cycles green and blue

On active torrents with leechers I get a green connection for about 20 seconds before it goes blue.
I know that I can't expect to upload all the time, but I haven't uploaded anything since setting Vuze up on this machine.
The NAT/Firewall test reads OK for incoming/outgoing, I have port forwarding set, and downloads are running like a dream.

The full network status results are all clear except for one error:

Any tips? I appreciate any help with this.

Everything looks good - that error is just reporting that one peer connection failed (perhaps they closed Vuze, who knows)

As for lack of upload, no idea :( The green indicator means that you have received an incoming connection - perhaps it is another seed connecting to you, finding out you're a seed and disconnecting.
