Meta Search in 5.7.5.1_B09/4 as3

Just upgraded to the above release. When I try a meta search, it does not find anything close to my search term - even when I do a search for something I had found previously (prior to this upgrade). I have not changed settings. If this is a release issue. how do I download a non beta version?
