Is this possible to achieve

i started to configure vuze and wondered if i can achieve this automated setup:

***This would be for only torrents with a certain tag***
1 - add torrent from black hole folder
2 - new torrent is auto tagged/categorized
3 - at end of download , run torrentToMedia.py which will leave a copy of the file in the download destination folder
4 - change tag to seeding and move files into seeding folder

I figured out #2 (Auto Categorize or Save path) and #3 (azexec) but its point #4 im not sure about.
