I Need Settings Help - Vuze Stopped Working
Hi, For TWO MONTHS, I've been trying to get help with firewall settings, etc. for Vuze.  It just stopped downloading.  It says it's 'downloading' but it doesn't. 

Can someone PLEASE HELP ME?  I just need the proper settings to make Vuze work.

It could be that your ISP just started aggressive traffic shaping policies!

first check here and locate your ISP.

then read this for suggestions on how to avoid your ISP's efforts (if necessary)

That should tell you for sure what is going on.
