How to get back the two window main UI ?

The download window lost its two window user interface and now it is only showing the downloads window while the bottom window showing the torrent details window is gone.

The wavy lines below the blue bottom bar is also gone and it is impossible to move the blue bar upwards to show the second window.

How can I get back the second window ?

you could try resetting your config via the button on Tools->Options->Mode - obviously you'll lose any config changes you've made to Vuze though
