How to configure vuse plus for Torguard proxy

My first attempt at posting this seems to have failed so I will try again. I have been using uTorrent with Torguard proxy for several years buy I decided to give vuse plus a try. So I downloaded and installed it. But I need to configure it for my Torguard proxy. I cannot find any info on vuse support to help me with this. Can anyone help?
