How do I seed ALL my completed torrents?

This is probably a dumb question, but all the Seeding options are pretty confusing. (First Priority overrides Auto Seeding and there are limiters within limiters?)

So I was wondering, what are the best settings to use to seed everything?

I'm on a tracker that favors people who seed all their torrents, so by default I would like to stay seeding for as long as possible.
