How do I go about getting a refund?

I am a vuze plus subscriber and my vuze has not been working for a week  now, I have searched the many forums and am at a loss as to how to fix this, so now I am using transmission to download my torrents. If I am going to be forced to use another bit torrent then I really want my money back, my subscription runs until the end of December this year. Please either get vuze so that i can use it again or give me my money back
