How do I continue seeding files after reinstalling Windows?

Hello,

Proper etiquette dictates that after one downloads, one must seed. 

I will soon replace my SSD card and reinstall my operating system. All my torrented files are stored on a seperate drive on my computer; they will not be touched when I reinstall my operating system. But how do I continue seeding these files after reinstalling Windows?
