Had to reinstal and having problem

I had a problem with my pc so had to reset everything to factory settings.  Re installed Vuze Plus and entered the password that i had but nothing is working.  It's giving me messages such as:

check your plug in options for disablede plug ins and detailed library view for failed downloads 

it's telling me there is a server error

Even though my password is valid (renewed in May) it's not accepting my password.

Husband is going nuts and would appreciate any help.

Have you had a look at http://wiki.vuze.com/w/FAQ_Payment_and_Activation ?

It sounds as if something is blocking Vuze from accessing the Vuze servers
