HELP PLEASE !! Unknown application

Hi all,

Have been using Vuze to download torrents from YIFY & Kickass for years.    Now when I download as usual, the icon to the left of my movie title is now a white page icon.   When I click on properties, it states that there is no known application to open file.
It will go through and download like normal (with time & percentage etc) and I can transfer when completed like normal, but file will not play on PC or on TV like it normally would.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled.   Even tried UTorrent - but same problem.
Can I please have some advice on what I need to do to fix this.

Is this happening with only this one file or all files?

I believe this means your system doesn't have a program/app that can open that file. After downloading, remove the file from Vuze as you normally would > right mouse click on the file > choose Open With and Windows will give you a list of programs/apps to open the program with (and should also allow you to associate all files of that type with the program/app), or if you don't have the program/app necessary to open it Windows will suggest going online to look for one.
