About 10% of my torrents are stuck in either stopped status, or if I 'force start' them they download, but they simply will not seed, even though they have been completed before. The health icons are green, red, and yellow. Is there anything I'm missing? Is there anyway to force a seeding state?
My system info copied from about is...
Java 1.8.0_101 (64 bit)
Oracle Corporation
SWT v4508, win32
Windows 7 v6.1, amd64
V5.7.2.0/4 az3

Hi there,
I believe I have the same problem.
I have 2 torrents that I downloaded successfully and once they were finished, vuze put them in Stopped state.
I force-start them, it works 3-5 seconds, upload starts and then bang, back to stopped.
That behaviour just started today, and I haven't installed anything else on that machine (windows 2012 R2) and vuze is still on version 5.7.2.0
Other torrents from that private tracker work fine.
Pretty strange behaviour.
I enabled logging but searching for the torrent name reveals no info at all.
Have you found a solution to your problem?
Cheers,

Have you installed any plugins or are you using share ratio limits?
