One of my films is stuck after downloading halfway. Please look at the attached image from my Vuze 5.4.0.0; five peers are fully established but Upload and Download speeds are 0 B/s and frozen. The % downloaded by all 5 peers are also 51.7%. A little before I took this screen shot, there were 7 peers fully established and all of them showed 51.7% with the blue pattern for 'pieces' also showing an identical pattern. These sort of readings are never seen usually. Strangely, in the 'Library, the downloaded percentage of this film also shows 51.7% (the same figure as the content downloaded by the peers).
I restarted Vuze a number of times and the peers fully established anew every time but remained frozen. Three other films are downloading normally in the library. In every other way Vuze is normal. How can I get this film to start downloading again
