[Feature Request] Auto-Extract on Completion

I've seen a few CMD setups that can hypothetically do this, but as a non-programmer, the coding makes no sense to me.  rTorrent has expertly integrated completion extration in its basic product, so it seems quite strange that there's not even a Vuze plugin that automates this process.  Hopefully this can be on the shortlist of things to add.
