Feature Explanation
#1
Sorry if this comes off as a dumb question, but what is the point of the auto-pause/resume features?  Are there any benefits to having Vuze "pause downloads on exit" or "resume paused downloads..."?

I read through the wiki and there weren't too many details.  I've always just exited it out of the program without pausing and now I'm wondering if there any be any drawbacks to doing that.

For most users there is no advantage to using these options.

I think the 'pause on exit' was added for users that wanted to double check their SOCKs proxies were working when starting Vuze to ensure that traffic didn't "leak" via a non-proxy connection during the initialisation phase. I don't believe this is still an issue but the option remains.
