Downloads slow - No seeding

I kept getting a pop-up saying something about the internal browser and that I could enable it. I got tired of seeing the pop-up so I went and enabled the browser and all my pain started.

Here's the deal. I can download okay, it's slow and spotty but it does work. However I can't seed. Every seed, from different sites, says 0 of 5 (or whatever random number) and the same goes for the peers.

I'm using version 5.7.1.0 and Win 10. I don't even remember all the things I've tried, including reseting to default settings.

What error is showing in the tracker status area of your client?

"You're connected to peers, but you don't have any remote connection, you may have a NAT problem" ???
