Download stops after an hour need help

So I have been using Vuze for over 5 years now.I had never faced this problem.Now whenever I download my torrents it always stops downloading after a hour or so showing the infinity sign at ETA and to restart the downloading I have to restart my PC and it happens again after an hour.My internet and everything works fine .Different torrent clients work normally but Vuze doesn't.I seriously need help because none of the other clients are as fast as Vuze all the time.

So stopping and then starting the torrent again doesn't help? Or closing and re-opening Vuze? If it really requires a PC restart then that would imply some sort of PC resources are being used up by something external to Vuze - could possibly be an Anti-Virus product or PC firewall?

 No starting and restarting Vuze doesn't help.And I have uninstalled the antivirus and turned off the firewall,still doesn't help.
