Download progress is less than before

I am downloading a 374GB File and I have been for the past few days. I left the download open while I went to work and the last time I checked, my download was about 35% complete. Now, it says that it is only 10% complete. I don't understand how my progress has gone backwards. In the image below, at the bottom where it says "Downloaded", it says that I have already downloaded 154GB. Therefore, my progress should be at about 45%. My question is, is my true progress at 10% or about 45%?

No idea :( You could try rechecking it by right-clicking and selecting the 'force recheck' button, but this will take a long time on such a large download so be prepared.

I right clicked and don't see a "force recheck" button. The only thing Ii see similar is "check files exist" but that does nothing.

You might need to set your mode to Advanced - go to Tools->Options->Mode

After rechecking my download, everything seems to be working fine now and my % completion has been fixed. Thanks a lot!
