"Download Complete" sound/voice in Mac vs PC

Random Vuze question...

Why does the Mac version of Vuze have the option of speaking "Download Complete" and the PC version does not?

Thanks "parg" ...yup, I knew that...just curious why the PC version didn't have the same default "voice" option as the Mac version.
