Does Vuze app support more than 1 local peers?
#1
I had my android mobile as a seeder & Vuze & utorrent as leachers (in the same  LAN network), but I was able to leach on only one software on my PC, at a time.
I tried many times, but was not successful in downloading through both softwares simultaneously.

In other words, it can be said that Vuze app for android can be a seeder for only a single peer.

I used vuze 1.8.1 on Paranoid Android, based on Lollipop 5.1; utorrent 3.4.3 (build 40298) & Vuze 5.6.1.2 on Windows 7 SP1 64-bit.

Extra Information: The file I used for the above process was a torrent folder of 749 MB with 6 files & one file was of 748 MB.

I believe that by default Vuze only allows one connection to a give IP address at a time. If you have Vuze and uTorrent running on different PCs then things would be different.

There is a config option to allow multiple connections but you can't get it on the Android app as there is no UI to change it.

Just one help for users:
How I leached from utorrent on PC:
I added the same torrent to utorrent on my PC.
After adding, I clicked on it & then in the below description in utorrent, clicked on peers.
Now I right-clicked & clicked on "Add peer", & in the IP Address option, I entered the localIPaddress:PORT of my android mobile. eg. 192.168.0.110:43524

I got PORT number by:
opened Vuze app, touch on-screen menu button>>Settings>> & you can see your port under "Incoming TCP Port".

As you said, I tried Vuze android app as a seeder for two different PCs in the same LAN. & it was able to seed to both computers simultaneously.
So the answer to this thread is: Vuze app supports more than 1 local peers.
