DVD BURN ISO ERROR

IS LIKE 3 DAYS I AM STARTING TO HAVE THIS ERROR( BURN DVD FAILURE ISO ERROR) THAT APPEARS WHEN THE DVD DISK IS BEING AUTHORING SO IT FINISHES BUT IT DOESN'T GO TILL THE END, DOESN'T GO IN BURNING PHASE. PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I THINK THERE IS ANOTHER GUY WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.

but that is for community support, not official support (hence 'unofficial'). If you look in that forum there's sticky post:

that tells you how to get official support. You need to use this route if you have problems, the people that handle Plus support have the ability to answer specific questions, suggest fixes, handle the refund process etc.

This is getting frustrating that there is no administrator response on the error in burn mode. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still get this error. We have paid to have this feature and without a response it seems that the admin doesn't care.

the answer is .....go to tools....plug ins.....unistallation wizard...uncheck dvd burning...next....then close vuse.....restart vuze and eh voila!! i hope
