Completion moving set to /Category name/

I did read the "read first" post, but the questions I am asked to fill in have nothing to do with what i am trying to get done.

I am wondering if there is a way to set the compeletion moving directory to say,
/Finished/"Category name"/"Downloaded folder-file"
So if i set a download to a category of say "ISO" the path to the compeleted download would be /Finished/ISO/download.iso OR /Finished/ISO/download/download.iso (depending if the ISO came in a folder)
