Hello everyone :)
i'm from Bangladesh...i use shared IP...today i changed my internet connection to a new IP.... But after that my VUZE can not download or seed anything .....plz help...what should i do??? in the bottom Vuze shows very little amount of users! i do not understand much about torrents.... plz feel free to ask anything ....

Have you done a test of your Nat/Firewall settings?
You may have your receive ports blocked?
In advanced network settings, do you have
bind to local IP? Are you running an AV or Malware?
Have you allowed Vuze through your firewall?
If you have a router, have you allowed the listening
port access in it?

I know it's a lot of questions but hard to help without
you try a few of these first.
