Cant update vuze client

I got a notification to update to 5.7.4 client and after update when the client restarts the same notification reappers everytime. I check the vuze version in about and it still remains 5.7.3.
I even uninstalled the client , downloaded a new updater from the site and tried installing but it still shows version 5.7.3
My System is a 64bit windows 10 ver 1607
