Cant download torrents

I have been using vuze for a few years now with no trouble at all. I dont know much about all of this except that it works until now. I am trying to download a torrent and I get this Error
Error:I/O Exception while initializing download of http://extratorrent.cc/download/492822/:...ecurity.no such Algorithm exception:Error constructing implementaion
(algorithm: default,provider:sunjsse class:com.sun.net.ssl.internal.ssl.default sslcontextImpl

How can I fix this ?

This happens to me as well when I try and download something from Extratorrent.

On my system, all of the sources are shown, including "Extratorrent".... but after the 'twirling' ends, Extratorrent is greyed out, and nothing from that site is available.  I have another computer, and on THAT one, "Extratorrent" works just fine.  I have re-started, uninstalled, and reinstalled, but the same problem exists.  The computer I use the most, does NOT recognize "Extratorrent".  Since it WORKS on a different computer - what can I do to repair this issue???   Please... someone??

my ability to download torrents after 3 months has stopped as well out of friggin nowhere??, but my vpn started making my isp connection load new pages slow then crash,and sites i go to for torrents werent loading, then my ability to download torrents on vuze stopped all i get are angry red faces when i send a torrent to vuze for downloading none are blue which means some downloading is happening. and im wondering if its something i did?
