Cant download anymore

All of a sudden I can no longer download torrents. Something has changed but I dont know what. I tested my intternet connection and this was my results. Can anyone help?

I was able to downloag some sort of free Pirate bundle from the Vuze program.....but no downloads from my normal torrect sites work
