Cant add torrent to DL "not a torrent file"

Last few days i have not been able to use Vuze to DL torrents from its own search. i keep getting "this apears not to be a torrent" & i no longer have any file size/seeds/peer information displaying any more.
Yes as soon as i start up my VPN & run the search again with out even closing Vuze, the searches show up & i can add them to DL with no issue

Is this my ISP (UK Sky) causing this?
