Cannot download torrents

Also (you may be already aware of this) when I restarted computer this AM, prior to installing B09, Java prompted me to install an update (which I did).  I was hoping that the Java update may fix the "missing dialog".  It didn't.

Current (latest?) version on my computer:
Version 8, Update 60 (build 1.8.0_60-b27)

Installed B10.  Allowed Vuze to settle and begin activity.
Performed test several times.
Created Log.
Log submitted separately.

Also, Having same problem. Bought new comp, had Win10. Reinstalled Vuze, upgraded to 5.6.2. No seeds/No peers.  Help! or I'll need to uninstall and ask for refund. Has been great program until.....
