Cannot connect when using VPN

Hello everyone,

I have searched extinsively and have not found an answer to this question although it has been posted before.

I am using Cyberghost premium and connected to servers that allow torrent downloading.  When I connect to Cyberghost, I cannot download anything and have no connection.  I have tried both binding to eth7 (TAP-Windows Adapter V9) specifically and leaving it blank.  Nothing works.

I know it can work because on my other computer vuze detected my vpn and automatically set it up.  Please help.
