Hi, why is the option of edit tracker URL(s) is grayed out on my version of Vuze (5.6.0.0)? I attached the screengrab. Is it there any other way to edit the traker? Thanks!

Is it a private torrent? If so then I think that editting is disabled (private trackers don't like people messing with their torrent files).

Does this mean Vuze somehow connected to that torrent/site? Any ideas? Thx!

A 'private torrent' has a flag within it - if you go to the 'general' view then bottom right there's a field:
Private torrent: [yes|no] If it is private and BitLord let's you edit it then perhaps the tracker that produced the torrent would have issues with the BitLord client If it isn't private then send the torrent over to paul@vuze.com and I'll take a look

It is private, just checked it, following your instructions. Thank you for your help in figuring this out.

WRONG.
It is possible to change the tracker in Vuze. 1- Stop all downloads. 2- Go to Vuze -> Preferences -> Mode 3- Select Intermediate user proficiency 4- Go back on the torrent and right click. you should see now : Tracked/Torrent. Done |
