From any torrent site or just one in particular.  It might be a problem with an individual site.

I've tried several torrent sites and still no luck. I have 3 movies from about a week ago that I am still able to continue  downloading and no problem with that  but now I can"t download anything new.  Any Ideas.  Thanks

Ok it is probably not a problem with a particular site.  But let us be 100% sure.

Are all of these public sites like thepiratebay or kickasstorrents or whatever?

Some of the public sites use the same trackers so even if you are using different sites it might all be the same tracker (it is an unlikely scenario but it is worth mentioning).

If at least one of the sites you have tried is a proper private site (meaning a private site other than Demonoid) it is not a problem with sites in question unless you have hit the coincidence jackpot.

The bottom line is that error message has to do with using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is a security/encryption thing.  The most common problems with it are site related but I am only just knowledgeable on security stuff so I am unsure what the other likely issues are.

After the briefest of searches I can find no current suggestions as to what could be going on and or how to fix it.  You are going to have to wait for someone who knows more than I!

I've been using kickass for the last couple of yrs and thats the one I'm having problem with.   I just tried RARBG and got it to work.  It must be a kickass problem. It appears not to be a Vuze problem.. I'll contact the kickass site and tell them my problem and see what they say.  Thanks for getting back with me.  Roger
