I notice that there are two download options for Azureus plugins. One is a regular download, the other offers a CVS download of the same file. What is the difference between the two? What does CVS mean?

CVS is an old term harking back to when the CVS source control system was used to manage Vuze source code. In general the code 'in CVS' was the latest code under development (as opposed to code released as an official version). So the term 'CVS' was used to mean 'latest code version' and in terms of plugins it means the most recent, possibly unstable, version of the plugin. It should probably be renamed to 'Beta' one day...
