Bind IP change on every restart

Every time I restart Vuze, the BindIP changes. So I have to go and change them every time. 

This didn't happen on previous versions of Vuze. Once I setup the BindIP, it stayed setup. 

Any idea how to stop this shifting from happening? 

Also, I used to have just one utun created. Now there are 5 created (and the binding shifts between them).

Are you using the 'vpn helper' plugin to manage binding? If so then maybe this is switching things.

As for the multiple 'utun' adapters, these are not created or managed by Vuze, they are the responsibility of the OS/VPN software. Having multiple ones sounds strange, perhaps it is the existence of multiple 'utun' adapters that is causing the confusion with the Vuze bindings
